Description

The Moose Jaw River Watershed Stewards Board of Directors is seeking applications for the position of Watershed Manager.  Reporting to a Board of Directors the suitable candidate will have a post-secondary degree or diploma in sciences or an environmental field is desirable; related experience and education in environmental studies, ecology, biology etc. may be accepted as equivalent; significant experience working with a multi-stakeholder groups and boards; proven management and financial management skills, human resource, proven fund-raising capacities; a high level of communication skills and be motivated to carry out community outreach and educational programming.  The candidate must be a leader with a strong work ethic that is dedicated, positive and energetic.  Significant travel and irregular hours of work are required. The candidate is required to possess a valid Saskatchewan driver's license.
