Or "The Rack" is a privately owned full service independent agriculture retailer proudly serving Saskatchewan for over 30 years with 10 locations and counting.  Committed to educating growers, Rack Petroleum Ltd. has recently expanded in-house research initiatives to support a sustainable future.  The Rack is known for its authentic approach to modern day agronomy, the UYMI Program (Ultimate Yield Management Institute) is an all-encompassing program merging, 6 factor agronomy, precision agriculture, cloud based data management, crop diagnostics as well as on farm logistics in order to increase efficiency for the grower. With the growing demand for the UYMI unique process from growers and retailers across Western Canada we are now currently seeking a UYMI Strategy and Business Development Manager.

As the UYMI Strategy and Business Development Manager you will work directly with the CEO, Senior Management, Research, UYMI Agronomists and 3rd Party retailers to nurture growth and further develop for our UYMI program.



Education and Experience Required

Preferred: Collage graduate with a major in Agriculture Science or Management
2 years of working experience in a corporate strategy position within a fast-paced dynamic business environment
Experience in strategic planning and business analytics.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
A suitable candidate will be a natural collaborator with an ability to establish and maintain lasting relationships both internally and externally.
