Permanent Full Time Foreman Assistant/Public Works Operator
Expected duties include but not limited to: work with Foreman to manage the solid waste management site, water and wastewater treatment facilities, municipal infrastructure, vehicles and equipment. Operation of equipment such as: grader, tractor, mowers, street sweeper, etc.
Qualifications and Expectations:
1. Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent education.
2. Valid driver's license (driver's abstract will be required).
3. Good work ethic and good public relations skills.
4. Ability to record test results of facilities and provide reports to council if required.
5. Must be willing to obtain water and wastewater operator certification and any other training and certificates as needed.
