Description

Quality Cutting Tools, Inc. is a locally owned company with locations in Alberta, Saskatchewan and North Dakota. We service the manufacturing and machine shop industry. We currently have an immediate full time position in Saskatchewan based out of Saskatoon as a machine tools sales rep who will grow our company. We work in a fun, fast paced environment that is both challenging and rewarding.
Responsibilities:
Generate sales reports each week and submit them to management using a CRM system
Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers
Collaborate with management and marketing to improve marketing materials and expand the companys presence in Western Canada.
Update client information
Continuous training and working with suppliers as well as manufacturers to stay on top of industry trends

Skills and Specifications:
3+ years outside sales experience
Machining background either as a machinist or previous machine sales
Good knowledge and understanding of cutting tools/ abrasives/ machine tools/ coolants would be considered an asset
Travel required
College or University degree is a preference but not required
Self-motivated and comfortable working with little to no direction
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
