The Service Centre Manager job - Saskatoon

Our thriving Saskatoon service centre is looking for a new manager to lead our team and deliver quality results. In addition to delivering great service to our team and customers, you will also manage the service centre like your own business with an eye to profitability and progress.

Youll lead a service centre team of technicians and customer service reps who provide a variety of services from glass repair and replacement to detailing a customers car before returning it to them, calling them to keep them updated and checking various parts for safety and proper functioning.

Fun fact: we repair or replace a windshield every 3 secs somewhere in the world

What you bring (aka your qualifications)

-Retail or industrial experience with 3+ years' management experience preferred;
-You know how to read a revenue report and plan a staff schedule based on peak periods;
-You are entrepreneurial and have previous sales experience;
-Degree or diploma would be nice, but real life experience is great;
-Tools and technology are pretty fun too (and we have a lot of cool ones);
-People like you and respect you;
-You like people and respect them;
-Youre smart and have good business sense;
