The Willows Golf & Country Club is looking for Golf Shop Attendants to join us for an un-fore-gettable golf season.

Were looking for people who share our passion for golf and who will work together to make our guests visit memorable, every time  seven days a week, all season long.

Wondering what this Golf Shop Attendant position actually does?

As a Golf Shop Attendant you will assist with ensuring the successful operations of our Golf Shop including our retail operations. You are responsible for first impressions from answering phone calls, checking in golfers, and making tee times to provide an exceptional golf experience. You have a knack for customer service and are a good sales person to boot! Here are a few of the duties, we will discuss more in person:

You will be required to deliver and promote prompt, courteous and friendly service to all members, guests and employees.
Advise members and guests about attire, golf clubs and supplies, etc.
You will assist with arranging displays and merchandising pro shop inventory, this also includes helping with packing and unpacking inventory and ensuring the pro shop is in pristine condition.
Issues receipts for greens fees and cart rentals.
Assist in preparing and running tournaments, clinics and other special events.
