Description

The City of Warman is seeking to fill the full-time position of Human Resource Generalist.

Reporting directly to the Finance and Administration Manager, the HR Generalist will perform a range of human resource related duties including ensuring the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of human resource plans and programs. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing the organizations human resource policies, creating and revising job descriptions, providing conflict resolution support and assisting Managers and Supervisors with HR related tasks.

A post secondary diploma, certificate or degree in Human Resources, combined with three years of experience in the HR field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.  A recognized HR designation would be considered an asset.
