Adecco is currently hiring for a permanent Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic in Regina, SK. To qualify for this Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic role, you must have Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician (Red Seal) or 3rd year of that program can be considered. Our client provides friendly working environment with competitive remuneration.
Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic Responsibilities:
- Inspecting heavy construction equipment for proper performance, and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions.
- Diagnosing faults or malfunctions using testing equipment to determine the extent of repair required
- Adjusting equipment and repair or replace defective parts, components or systems using hand and power tools
- Order parts for the servicing, and rebuild of equipment as required
Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic Qualifications:
- Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician (Red Seal) or 3rd year of this program
- Heavy Construction equipment experience required
- Be proficient in English, both verbally and written
- Have a valid Class 5 Drivers License
