Our client is in massive growth and now requires a Sales Coordinator in Regina Sask.
Major duties include:
- Sales Entry, Purchasing and Invoicing for the sales team
- Process orders and convert quotes to sales acknowledgements; ensure all order details are correct for both new and used equipment
- Order materials from specified vendors as necessary
- Ensure all costs and shipping details are correct
- Expediting, monitor open POs and ensure vendor delivery schedule is as expected
- Receive materials from vendors as they arrive at assigned facility; ensure costing accuracy
- Provide appropriate paperwork for shipping materials to customer site; ensure all details are correct
- Code all freight carrier invoices ensuring proper GL codes on shipments and monitoring that costs are properly covered
- Respond to customer requests, resolve problems, arrange sublet rentals and labour as well advise and coordinate installation crew with sublet labour and rentals in collaboration with Sales
- Advise appropriate individuals and departments of ongoing developments with orders
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors
- Confirm all costs and supporting documentation are submitted by sales reps upon receipt of order
- Process purchase orders
- Provide accounting copy of processed documentation

- Excellent computer skills including JDE software
- Accurate typing (40 wpm preferred)
- Accounting background
- Excellent English read/write/speak
