The Position:
Cornerstone Credit Union is seeking a highly motivated individual to work from its Yorkton Branch. Reporting to the AVP, Farm & Business the successful candidate will lead, coach, mentor, develop, and motivate a team of professionals in a relationship based advisory service model that provides exceptional member service in the delivery of a full suite of farm and business financial products and services.


This is a management role positioned to lead the Farm & Business Advisory team in developing new business relationships and, work with the team to capitalize on these opportunities while retaining existing business with members and clients. They will effectively manage the credit union's loan portfolio as it relates to risk, pricing, diversification and quality and will work closely with the AVP, Farm & Business to prepare budgets, set sales objectives, and priorities as well as operational standards for the department. They will manage all business activities to ensure compliance within sound business practice, legislation, regulations, policies and procedures.


Qualifications:
The successful candidate will be a community minded individual with post-secondary education in business plus five to seven years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. These individuals must be comfortable making independent decisions and solving problems.
