Reporting to the Executive Manager, AgriStability, this position is responsible to provide direction and leadership for the application processing team.
Provide direction and leadership to the verification teams, including coordination of work and formal and informal coaching, mentoring and training.
Provide strategic advice, plan, coordinate and deliver program information.
Contribute to the analysis and formulation of customer service strategies.
Develop processes in alignment with the divisional and corporate plans.
Provide subject matter expertise to colleagues in policy, analysis, development and coordination of program related strategies and initiatives.
Prepare reports, briefings and deliver presentations to internal and external clients and stakeholders.
Design, implement and monitor processes and procedures.
Focuses upon continuous improvement in processing of applications and ensures program delivery procedures are in accordance with federal/provincial program agreements.
Prepare and manage the budget for the unit to ensure efficiency and fiscal responsibility by effectively planning and allocating human, financial and technical resources.
Communicate customer issues and trends to divisional and executive management, as required, to ensure proactive organizational response which includes customer service and program enhancements.
Provide answers to program and procedure questions.
Represent SCIC and the Province of Saskatchewan on the Federal/provincial/territorial Administrators Working Group.
Consult external clients and stakeholders such as industry representatives, special interest groups, government representatives and the public, on a regular basis to anticipate evolving requirements.
Ensures that customer service is being provided and assistance in the resolution of customer complaints.
