Construction Foreman

Explore an exciting full-time career opportunity with our client, an innovative leader in the construction industry!  
  
As Construction Foreman, you will oversee commercial construction projects and work closely with an employee crew at sites throughout Saskatchewan.  

Monday-Thursday work days with some overtime/weekend work to meet project needs.

Based out of Regina, you will:
- Provide on-site coordination, management and implementation of commercial construction projects, overseeing and working with a crew of 3-4 employees.
- Coach/mentor employees assigned to the project, to ensure safety, efficiency and a work team motivated to fulfill the best interests of the client and the company.  
- Lead and effectively manage the project (employees, equipment/materials and contractors) to meet profitability, reporting, safety and scheduling targets.  
- Develop strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, project managers, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:  
- Relevant project construction, carpentry and supervision experience is required. Journeyman or 4th level Apprentice is an asset, as well as some experience with bridge construction/repairs.
- Strong leadership, organizational and scheduling skills.  
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Monday to Thursday, ~10 hours/day; home on weekends but some overtime/weekend work may be required.  Company vehicle provided; must be willing to travel and work at sites throughout Sask.
