Infinite Immigration Services is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager for a full time permanent position with our client in Regina. Our client is a well established Chinese restaurant with a great reputation. Compensation is negotiable.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
    Assist in overall management of restaurant
    General staffing related management, hiring, training, coaching, as well as addressing and resolving employee relation issues
    Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
    Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
    Organize marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes
    Monitor and evaluate meal preparation and service to ensure established standards are maintained for both quality and quantity
    Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
    Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or reservations for special events.

Skills / Experience Required
    Min 3 years of exp. as a Restaurant Manager is required
    Self-disciplined
    Attention to detail & eye for quality execution, yet can think outside the box
    Thrive in a fast-paced environment and comfortable multi-tasking
    Verbal fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin will be preferred
    Excellent inter-personal skills
