Description

Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of accounting practices
Computer savvy able to use standard desktop applications
Knowledge of office procedures
General understanding of mechanical/technical terms in an ag dealership  is preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Duties include but not limited to:
Fields internal and external Service Department inquiries
Creates, maintains and invoices work orders and supports ordering parts as needed
Maintains filing, records, and other lists such as the service information library and list of product improvements.
Checks and validates technician times for work orders and payroll.
Updates customer profiles with information from the work orders
Process warranty and product improvement claims including the computation of charges submission and follow-up.
