We are seeking passionate line cooks for the upcoming season at the Wascana Country Club. Applicants must posses previous professional cooking experience, good knife skills, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as a team.
The WCC is a private country club with a full service restaurant, upscale dining room, and banqueting facilities. The line cook responsibilities include:
set-up and stocking of stations for service
preparing food for service
cooking menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
maintaining high food quality and sanitation standards
kitchen cleaning and opening/closing duties
maintaining a positive and professional approach with fellow staff and customers
