The individual in this position will be responsible for learning the Sales, Marketing, and Collection aspects of an Aaron's store. This individual's goal should be to master all areas of the business so that he/she would have the ability to be promoted to General Manager.
Responsibilities:
-Acquisition and maintenance of customers
-Continuously develop, train, and manage associates
-Setting and attaining lease renewal goals
-Manage expired customer agreements
-Explore and react to profitable revenue opportunities within the store
-Take a visible role in representing Aaron's in the local community
Requirements:
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Must be a HIGH ENERGY, COMPETITIVE LEADER
-Must have 2 years of retail, restaurant, or related management experience
-Must have a proven track record as a sales closer
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and have a good driving record
-Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and using a dolly for merchandise 50-300 pounds
