**MUST BE 19 YEARS OF AGE - Guest Services - Food & Beverage Employees will be trained to work in the clubhouse at the Snack Bar/Restaurant waiting tables and providing basic bartending, as well as driving the Beverage Cart out on the Golf Courses! This provides a break from the typical restaurant experience, allowing our employees to vary their day-to-day activities at work
Responsibilities:
Work closely with restaurant management to immediately address all member concerns and create a pleasant dining experience
Assist with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties
Suggest appetizers and meals to members based on the menu and specials
Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner
Take members food and drink orders
Help with cooking meals and prep
Perform other duties when assigned
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:
Prior positive experience in Customer Service, with current references.
At least 19 years of age or older
Ability to lift at least 25lbs.
Must be able to perform physical aspects of the job, such as long hours walking or standing, driving the beverage carts, carrying trays of food, etc.
Prior restaurant experience is preferred , but our biggest requirement is a dedication to customer service and a professional attitude.
