Description

Lynch Property Services Inc. has been in business for over 30 years and is a top maintenance company in Regina. We are now hiring to fill an upcoming vacant position of landscape foreman to add to our highly successful commercial landscape division.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Valid Class 5 drivers license and clean drivers abstract
-Criminal record check
-Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role or equivalent role as lead in a project
-5+ years experience in the landscape industry
-Minimum 3+ years experience in operating equipment and pulling trailers
-Fluent in English
-Complete knowledge of landscape construction practices
-Mechanically inclined
-Attention to detail
-Adaptable to new technology
-Highly responsible and accountable
-Time management skills
-High degree of adherence to safety practises in landscape construction sites
-Degree, diploma or certifications in related landscape industry is an asset but not required
-Safety certificates or training is an asset but not required

DUTIES:
-To uphold Lynch Property Services Inc. standards "No detail overlooked"  
Customer Service
Pride
Accountability
-Supervise, lead and motivate 2-3 employees
-Implement landscape construction practices (tree & shrub planting, irrigation, soil and sod, paving stone, retaining walls)
-Read landscape construction plans
-Ensure all safety regulations are followed
-Assist in scheduling
-Communicate/coordinate with management, suppliers, sub-contractors, clients etc.
-Keep records of employee hours, receipts, fuel logs
