Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for a Controller  


Responsibilities:
-Successfully oversee all accounts, general ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with the companys accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage the monthly financial close and consolidation process  
- Preparation of various variance reports for management including monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) and associated analysis
-Monitor and optimize cash flows, managing the rolling forecast by entity, and manage issue resolutions


Qualifications:
-5 years professional experience as a Controller, assistant controller, or senior accountant
-Strong management skills required
-Must have advanced knowledge of accounting/financial concepts
-Strong business acumen, with the ability to focus on continuous improvement
-Excellent communication and people skills demonstrated through close collaboration with departmental leads
