Our client has an immediate full-time permanent opportunity available for a Production Supervisor


Responsibilities:
- Successfully coordinate with all departments to make sure shipping priorities are met.  
-Effectively work with scheduling and all production staff to manage work flow and quality
-Responsible for hiring, motivating and training staff to keep things on track


Qualifications:
-Extensive experience in a supervisory role required in a manufacturing environment
-Strong experience in managing staff required
- Ability to meet output and productivity goals in a timely manner
-Must be familiar with machining and welding
-Exposure to ERP and lean would be an asset
