We are looking to welcome a Business Analyst/Web Developer with exposure to web development tools to our core team of engineers and consultants responsible for the design, development, and testing of RSIs Revenue Premier Enterprise Management products for State, Local, and Provincial Revenue Agencies.
Working in a team environment, you will have the opportunity to participate in the successful configuration and release of RSIs web portal solution for taxpayer access and self-service in a heterogeneous, SOA environment. Leveraging your strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities and attention to detail, you will work with the client to gather and validate requirements and then configure portal web content using WebSphere Content Manager (WCM). Specific responsibilities may include:
Definition, extraction, development, loading, testing and implementation of business rules for portal content including user messages and instructions
Configuration of tax and user request forms
Management of portal configuration tasks during software deployments
Ongoing issue identification and resolution
Documentation and knowledge transfer
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, CIS, MIS or a related field
Immediate authorization to work in Canada
1+ years of relevant experience
Familiarity with web development tools
Familiarity with one or more programming languages (i.e. SQL, JAVA, C#, ASP.NET, XML)
Knowledge of standard development techniques (OOD, SDLC)
