Summary:


The Materials/Rental Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of materials management within a CPS Solution Center. Primary responsibilities include customer order processing, rentals and sales inventory management and logistics. The person is responsible for maintaining and repairing rental equipment. This includes ensuring the paperwork is filled out correctly and inspections are completed in an efficient, expedient, and safe manner.  Some travel, evening and weekend work will be anticipated.




Responsibilities:
Managing inbound, outbound and storage of material
Inspect and repair rental equipment on both incoming/outgoing rental kits
Allocating outbound materials to customer orders
Facilitating cycle count program to ensure inventory control and accuracy
Coordinate with Calgary rental coordinator for rental invoicing, contracts and repairs
Back up and aid the Field Sales and Service Rep when necessary
Maintains a safe working environment by following Flexpipe HSE standards
Any other matter dealing with Materials or Rentals if required
General cleanup of warehouse
Complete contractor assessments and training follow ups as required
Other duties/projects as assigned




Knowledge:
High level of customer service, initiative, and decision-making skills
Ability to positively interact with a broad range of departments, vendors and customers
Excellent attention to detail
Computer experience in Windows, Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Experience in inventory and logistics management
Strong Mechanical aptitude or experience with small engines
Valid Class 5 Drivers License
Forklift certification (CPS will provide if the prospective candidate does not possess this)
High School Diploma
1-2 years of Experience in this field.
