The Human Resources Manager, reporting to the General Manager, is responsible for providing services and consulting to the management team to assist with the achievement of organizational goals. They will be responsible for planning, leading, and administering all human resource initiatives to develop and support the growth of both employees and the organization. This position will be responsible for all functional areas of human resources (recruiting and staffing, training and development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employment law, organizational development, etc.). This position requires an individual who can create a positive work environment through their expertise, effective communication, and leadership, to ensure optimal individual, team, and organizational performance is being achieved. The successful candidate will have a university degree, preference for Bachelor of Commerce, along with 3+ years of experience working as a HR Generalist. This is a contract term position to cover a Maternity Leave.
