ROBOTIC WELDER OPERATOR

Our Robotic Welder Operators are responsible for setting up and operating Robotic Welders in accordance with blueprints, drawings and / or verbal instructions.  This includes set-up and use of jigs and fixtures; fitting and tacking steel and stainless steel components as well as basic on-line programming for non-standardized and standardized assemblies.  Operators are also responsible for the care and maintenance of equipment and tools used.

Your Objective:

    Assemble, fit-up / tack steel and stainless steel components in accordance with blueprints, drawings and / or verbal instruction in preparation for robotic welding.
    Set-up, program and operate Robotic welders for production of welded assemblies.  
    Check production product & material to ensure compliance with tolerance/quality standards.
    Perform routine preventative maintenance; clean and lubricate machines, tools, and equipment.
    

Success Requires:

    A grade twelve diploma or equivalent is a requirement.
    2 to 3 years' related machine operator experience; CNC experience is a strong asset.
