Description

Responsibilities:
The Program Coordinator oversees the efficient planning, budgeting and implementation of international human resource development projects as directed by the Director of International Projects. The position is responsible for a portfolio of international projects which includes the development of partnerships and contracts in China. The position also develops and coordinates contract training opportunities with Chinese post-secondary institutions and organizations.

Qualifications:
1. Degree and/or post graduate degree / certificate  related to tertiary education (administration, curricula, etc.), business (administration, marketing, etc.), or international / political studies / development.
2. Minimum two years experience successfully managing delivery and financial and narrative reporting of contract project services or international business
