Job Duties:
-Ability to work with little to no supervision; work as a team with one other Soccer Program Leader.
-Report mileage, receipts, timesheets and program attendance on a regular basis.
-Travel to various playground sites within the City of Saskatoon instructing fun soccer drills to children ages 4 to 14 by following a set playground program schedule.
Requirements:
-Must have played some soccer and enjoy the game.
-Experience coaching and/or working with children.
-Mandatory Coach Certifications: U7 Fundamentals (Upcoming Clinics: Sun Apr 8, or Sun May 6, or Mon Apr 30/Tues May 1 ~ expense is not reimbursed) and Respect in Sport (Free online 3 hour course)
-Learning to Train Coach Certification an asset.
-Post-secondary student returning to school in the fall is preferred but not required.
-Valid drivers license and criminal record check with vulnerable sector.
-Proper vehicle for transportation is required either from you or your co-worker.
-Ability to start by June 28, 2018.
-First Aid and CPR would be an asset but not required.
