Valard Geomatics Ltd, a fast growing company named one of Albertas Top 70 Employers and partnered with Valard Construction LP is currently seeking a qualified Professional Saskatchewan Land Surveyor Branch Manager to join our team in Regina, Saskatoon or Lloydminster. Land Surveyors from other jurisdictions are encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Tracking job requirements.
Managing various legal survey and construction projects.
Preparing proposals.
Supervising staff (field and office) and assist in staff training.
Contributing to the continued growth and support of the company.
Communicating with clients and providing professional guidance and advice.
Participating in business expansion and training.
Supervising and supporting the diversification of the company.
What you require:
Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification from a recognized post-secondary institution in a program with a survey or geomatics focus or equivalent office experience
A minimum of 5 years experience in the geomatics field and a minimum of 5 years experience as a project manager
A Saskatchewan Land Surveyor Commission (S.L.S.) is preferred.
Land Surveyors from other jurisdictions wishing to obtain there S.L.S. are welcome to apply.
Ability to work in a face paced environment
Ability to apply their creative and problem solving skills
