In addition to the qualifications listed in the 'Customer Service & Nutritional Products Specialist' position (PLEASE VISIT OUR WEBSITE FOR MORE DETAILS), were looking for a LEADER who can be self-directed and take the initiative to develop, implement, direct, monitor and evaluate an effective system to adequately fulfill the following goals: To maximize efficiency, job satisfaction, and sales and profit by adhering to the following principles:
-- Ensuring all staff understand and practice 'policy and procedure' regarding inventory control and sales and customer service standards. It is your responsibility to educate and train the staff on these policies and procedures.
-- Monitoring and evaluating performance on these duties. Supplying detailed reports to management regarding this.
-- Ensuring all staff understand and practice 'policy and procedure' regarding FIFO (First In, First Out) to ensure proper rotation of stock.
-- Striving to establish 'ideal' stocking levels of all products
-- Ensuring overstock areas (including warehouse) are organized effectively and efficiently.
-- Mitigating all 'shrinkage'
-- Monitoring all SDC (Short Date Code) products.
-- Monitoring all 'excess inventory' situations and communicating this to Store Managers when necessary
-- Must hold a valid Saskatchewan Driver's Licence and be willing to travel and/or relocate if necessary.
-- Must be able to communicate effectively in English and French (verbally and written). Spanish is an asset.
-- Must have post secondary education in a business related field.
-- Must have a minimum of 3 years verifiable experience in business and management.
