A Univar Agriculture CSS is:
    A person with strong organizational ability is detail oriented, with the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment.  
    Has a good understanding of the agriculture industry and/or a background in agriculture.
    Comprises excellent verbal and written communications skills.  
    Ability to solve problems efficiently and remain calm under pressure.  
    Self-motivated and driven to work in a team environment.
    Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible.
    Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun.

A Univar CSSs Accountabilities:
    Creates and maintains strong customer relationships.
    Coordinates daily outbound logistics of trucks and operational team to fulfill customer orders.
    Prepares required shipping documentation.
    Communicate with clients and carriers via telephone, email, and in person.
    Data entry and minor accounting functions to support customer orders.
    Manages all warehouse inventory forecasting and stocking through customer demand.
    Aids Territory Managers with inside sales support.
    Assists in warehouse operations when needed.
