Camp Monahan is searching for an enthusiastic lifeguard to plan, organize and run an effective swimming program for campers aged 6 to 16:  skills, water safety, and age-appropriate games in the camp's junior Olympic-sized pool and supervise the beachfront, lake activities.  The Swim Instructor/First Aid attendant must be at least 18 years of age and have current National Lifeguard Service certificate. In this position, the staff member is responsible to carry out First Aid Attendant duties. First Aid skills: current First Aid/ CPR /AED certificate is mandatory. Responsibilities include administering medications and emergency first aid to both campers and staff.  This staff member will work with fellow staff to positively guide the campers through the program and other camp activities and is expected to fully participate in the camp experience including chapel, campfire, meals, group activities and staff meetings. This position works closely with the Programming & Planning Chair of the Board of Directors and reports to the Executive and Camp Director.
