FINANCIAL SERVICES MANAGER

Role of the Financial Services Manager:

-Control the vehicle sale by securing each deal and ensuring that every vehicle sold is delivered.
-Review consumer credit applications, secure financing and establish lender relations.
-Present protective products to add value to the ownership experience. Products include creditor insurance, extended warranty, environmental protection packages and anti-theft protection.
-Prepare and complete appropriate legal documentation and paperwork for each deal.
-Ensure every client receives a high level of service and attention.

Qualifications:
-Experience in automotive finance, credit, sales and leasing or other relevant experience.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-High customer service satisfaction expectations.
