Description

Reporting to the SABRE Operations Coordinator, this position is responsible for the following duties:

Responsibilities include:  

Co-ordinate and supervise contractors at site, review performance and techniques
Inspect and control the work site to ensure that adequate programs are in place that protect the health and safety of workers, the environment, and ensure that work is performed with adequate technical resources in a timely manner
Collect and ensure the quality of data and records gathered from the worksite, including AREVA and contractors forms, and daily logs
Follow procedures, quality manuals and appropriate controls for the use of equipment
May be required to lead project coordination and construction duties on large scale mining projects in the future
Involved in SABRE tools improvement such as proposing and suggesting modifications from field observations
Support the Operations Coordinator on matters related to safety, training and logistics
Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Coordinator.
