Description

As the Asset Maintenance Support Manager, you will be Responsible and accountable to support regional maintenance management and through participation, analysis, recommendations and administration of maintenance and capital related requests/programs within an assigned region, and on an as needed basis for other divisions and associated companies. This includes supporting regional staffing management, project/program development, evaluation and planning, project management, corporate asset maintenance and technical support.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in agri-business facility maintenance and/or construction, including bulk material handling systems, three (3) years of which have been in a supervisory capacity would be considered an asset or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Grade 12 supplemented by journeyed status in an industrial trade and two year diploma in business management, administration and/or supervision. Diploma in Engineering Technology or Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration or Commerce is considered an asset.
