Souris Valley Industries is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join their growing team. The Structural Engineer will be primarily responsible for designing precast concrete structures. Other duties include:
Developing and maintaining a schedule for projects.
Creating and reviewing designs for compliance with engineering principals, company standards and customer requirements.
Providing estimates and bidding on projects.
Liaising with agencies and other stakeholders in the industry to grow the business and act as a technical resource for customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a Registered P. Eng. or eligible for registration with provincial engineering associations. Previous pre-cast experience is desired, and AutoCAD experience is considered an asset.
