INFO Immigration Centre for Application (IICA) is recruiting on behalf of an employer. Job duties & responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:
- Supervise food staff ensuring that they successfully carry out their job roles and responsibilities
- Prepare schedules and assigns tasks for cooks, kitchen aids, help, servers and other food workers
- Tailor food preparation for people who have food allergies and specific food concern
- Food quality control should be met at all times
- Estimate quantity of food and supply based on previous experiences for food service operations
- Ensure stock levels are enough and manages the growth of sales
- Act as the main contact for customers complaints and concerns. Resolve problems and turns potentially negative situations into positive situations
- Assess staff knowledge in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures and train accordingly
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in food service industry preferably in the supervisor role
- Strong read, write and communication skills in English
- Can work in a fast-paced environment and can work well under pressure.
