Hub City Iron & Metal offers a unique work environment with a small, friendly office. We are in search of a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to help with customers and answer the phones. Due to the nature of our business, the receptionist is responsible for paying the customers for what they bring into the yard.
Requirements:
- Payables/Receivables experience is a must
- Quickbooks knowledge is an asset
- Must be able to learn new software quickly
- Answer the phones
- Respond to general email questions
- Balance cash box daily
- Add up employee time cards
- General office duties; maintain safety records, price lists, all files
- Weekly cleaning
We pride ourselves on our safety standards and work atmosphere. We are open Monday to Friday; 8:00am 4:30pm. Closed all long weekends and over Christmas. Benefits are available after a 3-month probationary period. We offer competitive wages; starting wage based on experience.
