Visionpool Talent is hiring an AVRO SALES MANAGER responsible for turning leads into sales while maintaining a steady workflow by maximizing the capacity of the Sales Team to meet or exceed sales budgets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the annual sales plan for the Avro sales team
Ensure the sales team develop and implement their own key account plans
Align sales plans and activities with marketing initiatives
Directs the performance and activities of the Avro sales team to ensure KPIs and targets are met
Identify and assign training and development programs
Ensure input and maintenance of CRM data by all team members
Develop new business
Performs sales forecasting and reporting
Provide guidance regarding opportunities based on location, product type, competitiveness, etc.
Builds and maintains relationships with key customers
Conducts market research analysis for the generation of new account leads
Qualifications:
Demonstrated knowledge of aviation ground support equipment (GSE) products and capabilities
Degree in Business Admin or other related discipline or an acceptable combination of education and experience
Minimum 4 years experience leading a sales team
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the overall sales process, targets, KPIs, budgeting, pipeline management as well as commercial terms and conditions and contracts management of large contracts
Proven track record of success in sales and in top line growth
Demonstrated experience with MS Suite of products
