PineRidge Ford has an open Sales Consultant position available. We are looking for a hard working individual who has drive and determination to earn financial rewards. Applicants should be energetic and passionate, as we can teach sales skills, automotive product knowledge and customer care, but cannot teach passion. Following up with customers will be mandatory to help a customer with their automotive needs as well as to ensure return customers and referrals. Building strong relationships with customers is essential to create customers for life. Extensive phone communication skills are the main factor to get this position as well as in person/text/email conversational abilities. Outgoing and positive individuals who are willing to go the extra mile for customers and work well in a fast paced environment would be excellent candidates.
Success of an Automotive Sales Consultant is based on the amount of effort and initiative an individual is willing to put forth. The experience an Automotive Sales Consultant offers to their customers is what ensures a customer's confidence in their buying decision. Automotive Sales is not for the faint of heart; it is not an easy 'job' but it is an extremely rewarding career.
