Maidstone Group Home is seeking an individual living in the area who would like a rewarding and fulfilling work experience supporting persons with differing abilities. Reporting to the House Manager and/or Program Co-ordinator duties will include supporting individuals in activities of daily living, development of life skills, and development of leisure life skills.
Previous experience working with persons who have Multiple Disabilities would be an asset although not required. Extensive training will be provided with an opportunity for advancement. CPR and First Aid required or a willingness to obtain. Class 5 driver's license would be an asset. A Police Record Check is required if you are offered employment.
Hours of work - 7 or 8 hour shifts. Day and evening shifts weekdays and weekends.
