- Have 5 or more years of experience in a professional office environment
- Have the ability to multi-task
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and navigating the internet
- Have exceptional organizational, time management and administrative skills
- Understand the importance of accuracy and attention to detail
- Be able to work independently with little instruction
- Land management experience, contracts experience, and legal assistant experience would be an asset
