Description

Job duties:
Respond to general inquiries on the phone, email, or in person
Send, receive, and distribute all mail, courier packages, mail outs and faxes
Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and therapists
Manage office supplies and maintenance of office equipment
Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the owner or appropriate person
Process payments from the clients, and keep record of sales and expenses
Maintain tidiness of the rooms and store front
Prepare, edit, format reports, print letters, memos and other materials

Requirements:
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service, administrative/back office support role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work with minimal supervision
