Our downtown client, in the financial services industry, is seeking a part-time, permanent administrative assistant to start as soon as possible!
Our client offers a beautiful professional space, an established client base and free parking!
Position: Administrative Assistant (P/T, perm)
Dates: Starting ASAP
Hours: 8 AM 5 PM &/or evening, flexible hours, must be on site to ensure confidentiality of files
Lunch: 12 PM 1 PM (if applicable)
Parking: Free parking available
Dress Code: Professional, no jeans
Job Description: Scheduling appointments with an established client base, answering the phone
Qualities Required:
Communicative and confidential
Clear speaker, with a professional phone manner
Able to work independently, but friendly and okay with occasional interruptions
Skills Required:
MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Sales Force
