Core Industrial is a company driven by safety and success of our employees, clients and community. We are currently seeking a full time Administrator to fill a 13 month maternity leave.
Reporting to the Corporate Administrator - the administrator will play a vital role without our head office team.
Duties will include:
- clerical support for various projects and jobs.
- answering and directing phone calls
- transfer manual timesheets to the company payroll program.
- problem solve employee payroll issues that may arise from time to time
- produce daily labour, equipment and material reports and submit for approval
- issue purchase orders for material requirements when requested
- keep organized filing records
- match supplier invoices to packing slips/purchase orders
- reconciliation of Vendor accounts
- ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced Construction Industry
- work with minimal supervision
Required Skills:
- minimum completion of Grade 12
- accounts Payable experience
- ability to work in a team setting
- excellent written and verbal skills
-competency in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- basic computer skills
- familiarity with Sage 300 Construction software an asset
