Facility: REGIONAL OFFICE (WEYBURN)
Job Description: Coordination and support of Telehealth Services in the Southeast Area. This includes booking of patient appointments, educational events and meetings and providing additional support as required.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Social Work, Nursing or Psychology or a related field
Registered or eligible for registration with the appropriate licensing body
Valid drivers license and the ability to travel both within the Region and Provincially.
Experience
Previous demonstrated experience with Telehealth equipment and processes an asset
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to competently use computers and software applications as required by the position
Ability to demonstrate initiative, independent judgment and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to maintain a positive attitude, pleasant manner and harmonious working relationships.

Field hours. Scheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory or designated holiday is recognized during that period.
