ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Night Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision, coordination and work flow within departments on the evening/night shift and to help to establish a solid and stable permanent night shift. Ensure safe work practices and adherence to plant safety rules and policies. The night shift supervisor is responsible to produce and meet expected volume, quality and safety targets.

Responsibilities and duties are but not limited:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the night crew
Accountable for safety of all evening and night crew. Accountable to investigate all injuries and/or safety incidents and communicate suggested corrective actions
Responsible for tracking and completion of all projects assigned to night crew
Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity
Coordinate evening manpower through different departments
Assist all Team Leaders in being better coaches in their areas
Maintain complete functioning night shift running and ensure that daily meetings are held to reduce communication problems
Must work closely and communicate well with the day shift plant supervisor and upper management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree preferred
A positive, proactive demeanor resulting in superior teamwork and collaboration with team members while demonstrating a commitment to excellence
3-5 years of Experience successfully leading teams either as direct reports or project teams
Background in engineering or manufacturing will be an asset
Problem solving, risk management, decisive, outstanding planning skills
