The incumbent is responsible for the following job duties:
- Directs all operations of the Thrift Store
- Monitors performance, Health & Safety, employee relations
- Ensure attractiveness of the store
- Lock up sales cash and receipts at the end of day
- Oversee recruitment and organization of volunteers
- Organize schedule of sales associates
