Job Description: Assists the Head Cook or Cook with the preparation, production and distribution of food and beverages.
Required Qualifications

Professional Cooking certificate
Food Safe certificate
Experience
Previous: Six (6) months previous experience working in a food services operation including cooking experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Basic computer skills
Communication skills

    Professional Cooking certificate; or Institutional Cooking certificate; or Saskatchewan Apprenticeship Cook Level 1; or Food and Nutrition Management Diploma; or Cook  Online Upgrading Pilot or an equivalent program
    May consider hiring individuals without the required qualifications who will be required to complete the Professional Cooking certificate or an equivalent program as identified above within four (4) years at his/her own expense as a condition of employment.  Unqualified applicants would have to meet the following criteria:
