Dream Unlimited is always looking for the best and brightest to join its thriving community. Dreams Housing team is growing, and is currently looking for an Architectural Designer responsible for daily production drafting, while keeping time, cost and our customers in mind.
Below are a few of the primary responsibilities this entails, we can discuss them all in more detail when we meet:
You are a building scientist that understands wood frame construction building practices;
Following project approval, you will be responsible for preparing and overseeing detailed designs, including working drawings.
Your expertise will come in handy as you will function as a resource for technical questions with respect to design, ability to actively problem solve through the construction of projects.
You are able to work independently and with a team, working on multiple projects at a time in various stages of the construction process, to find efficiency in design.
Formulate documents for Building Permit Submissions.
Work with the Design team to review, develop and analyze scopes of work aimed at standardizing Dreams design activities and obtaining departmental KPIs.
You will play an important role being the liaison between various internal departments (construction, marketing, land).
