Bookkeeper
We are currently seeking a dynamic polished Bookkeeper. This is a part time contract position with possibility of rolling into a full time permanent role. The candidate can be in Lloydminster or Calgary area, however if residing in Lloydminster you will be recommended to travel to Calgary once or twice a month.
Duties and Responsibilities
Payroll, Invoicing, AP & AR
Other administrative functions as required.
Accounts Receivable collection of overdue accounts
Setting up and/or maintaining record management systems, may include confidential and sensitive information for company;
Filing documents;
Makes recommendations and / or implements improvements to work methods;
Government remittances
Reconcile banking and credit cards
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent knowledge of Quickbooks (minimum of 3 years experience)
5+ years of bookkeeping experience
Accounting certificate or diploma
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
Extreme detail oriented
Analytical and process thinker
High level of organization and computer competency
Ability to grow and multitask
Have some Excel skills
