STEP is recruiting for a Director, Technology, Services & Resources (TSR), as part of our dynamic team of international marketing professionals.
The Director, TSR will develop & implement strategies & initiatives that promote, encourage & facilitate growth in trade & international business development within the key Saskatchewan technology, services & resource sectors.  Your role will be to work with Saskatchewan companies in the areas of the supply & services supporting the oil, gas & mining industries, along with information technology, environment & government procurement sectors. You will initiate & implement strategies to expand networks, contacts & business opportunities to enhance the trade potential of STEP member companies. This is a management level position with one direct report.  Please state your salary expectations on your cover letter.
In addition, you need to posses other knowledge, skills & abilities such as:
- University degree in Commerce or Business, preferably with a focus on International Sales & Marketing, or an equivalent combination of education & experience.
- Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in marketing or sales in an international environment.  Experience in mining, oil & gas, information technology or government procurement sectors will be an asset.
- Managerial experience
- Strong knowledge of Saskatchewan export capabilities
- Flexibility to travel within Saskatchewan & internationally
